Ashley and David invited us up to go sledding for the day up Big Cottonwood Canyon, so we pulled together our best cold weather clothing and hit the slopes! They did pretty good actually. Went down sleds by themselves (even if I had to carry them back up the hill again), all in all it was a good time, until the snowball fights started! Ahh.. It's all fun and games till the big sister slings a frozen fastball into her little brothers face!
This New Years the kids stepped way out of the norm and had Korean food that David and Ashley so graciously made for us. They tried snacks and drinks from the Korean market that they'd never tried before, and for them that is a big stretch! Niko found out he is 'not a big fan' of curry. :) We'll try again when he gets older!
We played mini-golf and for some reason the kids were totally into the cheesy 80's overhead music tonight! LOL I think these pictures are hilarious... enjoy!
